A NEILSTON cat missing from his home for nearly a month has sparked a plea for information from his worried owner.

Spence, a long-haired ginger and white cat with a white patch on his face, was last seen at his home in Harelaw Avenue, Neilston on July 19.

Owner Sharon Sloman is appealing for any locals who might have seen the cat to come forward.

She said: "I have put leaflets round the local neighbours, spoken to lots of people and placed an advert in shop windows to see if anyone knows anything about what has happened to our cat Spence.

"The family are missing him very much. He just has not been seen at all. There were a few people in our street he used to go and visit and no-one has seen him."

Anyone who might have spotted Spence is urged to call Sharon on 07904793233.
