Love Island star Ekin-Su has reportedly been signed up for Celebrity Big Brother after her split with Davide.

After her time on Dancing On Ice, the star looks set to be taking part in the celebrity edition of Big Brother after the show's successful reboot last year.

It has been reported by The Mirror that Ekin-Su will be living next to Strictly Come Dancing's Shirley Ballas, TOWIE star Joey Essex and popular X Factor judge Louis Walsh.

In the 2022 series of Love Island, Ekin-Su and Davide were voted to victory and crowned winners.

Love Island's Ekin-Su and Davide split up

The couple have been together since then, breaking up only briefly, until last week when the pair ended their 18-month relationship.

Discussing the breakup online, Love Island and possible Big Brother star Ekin-Su said:  ”The last 18 months have been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, just like every relationship. Davide and I both wanted to make this relationship work as we cared deeply for each other. Unfortunately, I have recently made the decision to end our relationship and to go our separate ways."

She added: "Breakups are never easy for any couple. I enjoyed our time together and will cherish the memories we made.”

During her stint on Dancing On Ice, she raised a few eyebrows with her first appearance prompting some 112 Ofcom complaints over her performance to a Britney Spears number.

After the flurry of complaints, she admitted that she "was very upset," adding: “I had negative feedback, which saddened me. I’m not going to lie after all that happened, I was crying a lot. I went home, I cried in Davide’s arms.”

Ekin-Su was then the third person to be eliminated from the show.

The reboot of Celebrity Big Brother will be presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best with a whole new set being created for the ITV programme.

The celebrity reboot is set to air next month on ITV2 with a spokesperson for the broadcaster declining to comment on those taking part.
