A man who vanished after leaving his family home with camping equipment has been found safe and well.
Matthew Cooper was last seen at his home address on Barr Avenue in Neilston on Tuesday, April 5 by a relative, and appeal was put out to trace him last week.
It is understood that the 27-year-old left the house at around 8am with a holdall containing camping equipment.
Police in East Renfrewshire say he has been found safe and well. They also thanked the public for their help.
