Event organiser Graham Rooney said: “Well done to all the runners. I’d like to thank our volunteers who make Parkrun happen each week.”

Volunteering for one week in every 10 enables everyone to run including the core team. Parkrun provide full training for all roles. There is also a purple volunteer milestone T-shirt to aim for after 25 occasions.
